Pretoria -A 51-year-old man was arrested in the Mooiplaas informal settlement near Centurion, Pretoria, for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend to death, police said on Tuesday.
Constable Tumisang Moloto said the man stabbed his 32-year-old girlfriend with a knife during an argument.
“Police recovered and confiscated a knife with blood. It is believed the same knife was used in committing the murder,” he said.
The man was expected to appear in the Atteridgeville Magistrate's Court soon.
