Johannesburg - A man is expected to appear in the Willowvale Magistrate's Court on Thursday accused of raping a 12-year-old girl, Eastern Cape police said.
The girl, from Ngxutyana, Willowvale, went to fetch water from a communal tap last Wednesday when the man allegedly confronted her with a knife and raped her, Captain Jackson Manatha said.
He allegedly threatened to kill her if she told anyone. She told her father about the attack on Monday and the man was arrested. - Sapa
