Johannesburg - A man is on the run after escaping from the Kempton Park police station's holding cells, Gauteng police said on Friday.
Captain Jethro Mtshali said the man was arrested with other three men on Wednesday when they were found with stolen goods in Sebenza, on Gauteng's East Rand.
The men overpowered an officer and tried to escape. Police officers stopped the three, but one managed to escape. All the men were in their thirties. - Sapa
