Barkly West - A man was found dead on Monday on the main road running through Barkly West, Northern Cape police said.
The man, believed to between 60 and 70, was found on the R31, Lieutenant Olebogeng Tawana said in a statement.
“According to our preliminary investigation... the man could have been killed in a hit-and-run.”
He was wearing a blue and white jacket, blue trousers, black takkies, and had a grey beard and grey hair. No arrests had been made and police were investigating.
