Johannesburg - A man has been shot dead during an argument in Kwazakhele, near Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape police said on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old man was walking down the street on Monday night with two friends when they were approached by another man, spokesman Warrant Officer Thembi Gwe said.
An argument ensued, during which the man was shot dead. The gunman's identity was known to the police and an arrest was expected soon.
