Bloemfontein - Three men accused of plotting to assassinate the ANC's leaders were denied bail by the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
Mark Trollip, John Keevy and Johan Prinsloo. were denied bail by magistrate Mziwonke Hinxa.
A fourth accused, Hein Boonzaaier, was granted conditional bail of R80 000.
The matter was postponed until March 25 for further investigation.
The men are accused of plotting to kill the African National Congress's leaders at the party's Mangaung elective conference in December.
They, and other people, had allegedly been planning since January 2012 to establish a new right wing party, the Boere Party, and commit acts of sabotage. - Sapa
