Bloemfontein - The case of a man accused of murdering a man by covering him with plastic and setting it alight was postponed in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Thursday, Free State police said.
Johnny van Wyk, 26, would appear in court again on October 9, Constable Sinah Mpakane said.
“It is alleged that both the suspect and the deceased were drunk and the deceased insulted the suspect who then put the plastic over the deceased's head and set him alight.”
