Probaly because he is tough. Let them dance around , it's only their education . And the will still wonder why the other races are still getting the jobs. Nobody wants to employ uneducated disrespectful people & seems thats all they are. Affirmative action may be here but the real world doesn't give a hoot when it comes to giving the right person for the job. He Africans are mostly getting jobs on tokenism not because they the best qualified. Only when they put their heart & soul will thy bear the fruit of this country.
