Johannesburg - Seventeen diamond-encrusted pens worth R20 million, have been stolen from a house in Inanda, Sandton, police said on Thursday, and asked for the public's help finding them.

The pens, which are encrusted with diamonds and gold, were stolen last Tuesday, said Lt-Col Lungelo Dlamini.

“It is suspected that the thieves gained entry through the sliding door... only the pens were stolen.”

He said an insurance company was offering a “substantial” monetary reward for the recovery of the pens. - Sapa
