Two Plettenberg Bay men have been jailed for 15 years each for armed robbery and attempted murder, Western Cape police said on Friday.

Lt-Col Priscilla Naidu said Siyabulela Mahaphela, 18, and Sibongiseni Krokrani, 21, were sentenced on Thursday by the Stormsriver Regional Court.

They robbed a Chinese shop owner in Stormsriver on October 24 last year after stabbing him and an employee. The pair made off with cellphones and R15 000. - Sapa
