Two Coin Security guards have been robbed during a shift change in Ficksburg.
Two Coin Security guards were robbed during a shift change in Ficksburg on Friday morning, Free State police said.
Captain Phumelelo Dhlamini said the guards were robbed when they went to fetch another guard who was reporting for duty.
“While they were waiting in his yard, they were allegedly attacked and overpowered by four...men armed with firearms,” he said.
The men took an undisclosed sum of money that was locked in the back of the security vehicle and fled.
