Johannesburg - A shot man who was dropped off at a clinic in Zondi, Soweto, by an unknown group of men died on Friday, Gauteng police said.
The 31-year-old died upon arrival at the Zondi Clinic after a group of men travelling in a blue Volkswagen Microbus dropped him off around 12.30pm, Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela said.
The man had been shot in the back twice.
Police suspect that he may have been shot during a robbery or a shooting in the area.
A murder docket has been opened.
