Johannesburg -
A 54-year-old man accused of killing a police officer has been arrested in Naledi, Soweto police said on Sunday.
The man was taken into custody on Saturday afternoon after the officer was shot, said Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela.
The two had a quarrel over a woman, he said.
The officer was taken to hospital and was declared dead shortly after arrival.
The man would appear in the Protea Magistrate's Court soon, said Makhubela. - Sapa
