The Soweto mother of three brothers who burnt to death when their father set the family home on fire has died, police said on Monday.
The 30-year-old woman died in hospital on Sunday night from burn wounds she suffered in the fire, said Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela.
The father, 31, locked himself and the rest of his family in the house last week, doused it with petrol and set it alight.
The man apparently suspected his partner of having an affair with his brother.
He died on Wednesday of injuries he suffered in the fire.
