Ten men were arrested on Wednesday with 34 bags of dagga in their shack in KwaShembe near Clermont, KwaZulu-Natal police said.

Captain Thulani Zwane said the men, aged between 21 and 57, were arrested on Wednesday morning.

“Police found 34 bags of dagga, which originated from Lesotho, with an estimated street value of R1.4 million, inside the shack.”

Zwane said the men were charged with dealing in dagga and were expected to appear in the Pinetown Magistrate's Court on Thursday. - Sapa
