Limpopo - Two men have been arrested for allegedly defrauding a Mankweng furniture store of R50,000, Limpopo police said on Tuesday.
“It is alleged that a 26-year-old suspect entered a well known furniture store and fraudulently obtained goods worth R50,000 with the help of a 45-year-old employee last month,” said Constable Moses Molepo.
“A 26-year-old suspect was found in possession of four fraudulent identification documents bearing his photo, blank birth certificates, salary advice papers, and bank cards.”
The two men were arrested on Monday around 3pm in Mankweng, said Molepo.
Both were expected to appear in the Mankweng Magistrate's Court on Wednesday. - Sapa
