Johannesburg - A woman was arrested after police found dagga, identity documents and several bank cards in her possession in Port Elizabeth on Tuesday, police said.
Police searched a shebeen in New Brighton that was allegedly being used to sell dagga and provide loans, Warrant Officer Dumile Gwavu said in a statement.
A plastic bag of dagga, 54 identity documents, 14 South African Social Security Agency cards, and 49 cards from major banks were found.
A 35-year-old woman was arrested for fraud, money laundering and dealing in dagga.
She would appear in the New Brighton Magistrate's Court soon. - Sapa
