A woman has life-threatening injuries after being attacked by two dogs near Springs, east of Gauteng, Netcare said on Friday.
“A female is in a critical condition after she was attacked by two dogs in the Springs area this morning at 9am,” said Netcare spokesman Chris Botha.
The dogs attacked the woman, and two other people, at the residence where she worked.
“She was hanging up washing when a scuffle broke out between her and two other people, causing the dogs to attack them.”
The other two people were also injured, but the extent of their injuries was unclear.
“The injuries of the other two people is unknown as they allegedly ran away from the scene before our arrival,” said Botha.
The woman is being treated at a local government hospital. - Sapa
