Johannesburg - A Zimbabwean man accused of fraud appeared in the Randburg Magistrate's Court in Johannesburg on Thursday, the Hawks said.

The case against Ndabezinhle Ndlovu, 40, was postponed to December 5 for a formal bail application, Captain Paul Ramaloko said.

He was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly creating fraudulent vehicle registration papers and retail accounts. The Hawks allegedly found 268 car registration documents, four vehicle identification numbers, and over 80 clothing store cards in his possession.

Nearly 2000 fraudulent Castrol oil and coolant antifreeze stickers were also seized, Ramaloko said.

Ndlovu is facing over 400 charges of fraud.
