Cape Town - A Cape Town man wants to appeal two rape convictions against him – because he doesn’t have a penis.
Rudolf Titus was found guilty of sexually assaulting two sisters, aged six and 10, in March 2012.
He penetrated the girls with his finger and also kissed them.
Titus lost his penis to prostate cancer.
State prosecutor Advocate Lenro Badenhorst now wants the charge sheet to be changed.
Badenhorst wants the charge to include allegations that “the accused rubbed against the breasts and/or genitals of one of the defendants with the remnants of his penis”.
He said despite his almost non-existent penis, Titus still had “sexual urges”.
