South Africa's top matriculant Conrad Strydom has become a social media sensation after owning the stage at an Education Department event.
A group of 20 leaners from across the country who were the top achievers for the 2016 national senior certificate examinations converged on Midrand on Wednesday invited by Basic Education Minister Angle Motshekga.
When Strydom, a Hermanus High School pupil, was named top achiever he strutted across the stage with a walk that has become an internet sensation.
