Pretoria - The Seriti Commission of Inquiry into the 1999 arms deal has been adjourned until next week, its spokesman said on Thursday.

“The chairperson, Dr Willie Seriti, accepted the request from the evidence leaders, and the legal representatives of Armscor's request, for more time for further consultations,” William Baloyi said in a statement.

The commission would resume on March 12.
