IFP leader Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi’s son Prince Phumaphesheya Gregory died in a Durban hospital on Wednesday, Inkatha Freedom Party MP Liezl van der Merwe said.

“He has been in and out of hospital for a long illness,” Van der Merwe said.

Buthelezi, 49, died at King George hospital.

The funeral would be held in Buthelezi’s Mahlabathini residence, KwaPhindangene, on June 22. - Sapa
