Cape Town - The DA's Athol Trollip has been elected Mayor of the Nelson Mandela Bay metro.
Eyewitness News reports that Trollip was installed unopposed during a tense council meeting.
The DA won the most votes in the hotly-contested metro in this month’s local government polls.
