A bid by DA parliamentary leader Lindiwe Mazibuko to compel the National Assembly to debate a vote of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma will be heard by the Constitutional Court in March next year – and not by December 7.
Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng also issued a directive calling for progress in ensuring that motions of no confidence are appropriately provided for in Parliamentary rules.
