Johannesburg - President Jacob Zuma visited former president Nelson Mandela at his home in Qunu in the Eastern Cape on Tuesday evening, his office said.

“It is always wonderful to spend time with Madiba, I was able to update him on what is happening in the country. It is wonderful to find him in good spirits and so relaxed. I assured him of the love of all South Africans,” Zuma said.

“I assure our people that Madiba is in very good health and comfortable and he looks as handsome as ever.”
