Eastern Cape - Five people have died in head-on collisions on the N2 highway in the Eastern Cape, SABC radio news reported on Thursday morning.
Arrive Alive spokesman Tsepo Machaea said four people died between Mthatha and Dutywa when a truck and a bakkie collided.
In the other accident, one person was killed in a collision between Mount Frere and Mount Ayliff.
