Richards Bay -
A man in his fifties was in a serious condition on Sunday after falling from the Richards Bay Waterfront quayside into the water, a paramedic said.
Netcare911 spokesman Chris Botha said paramedics arrived to find bystanders had pulled him from the water.
Medics stabilised him and he was transported to hospital for further care. - Sapa
