Bloemfontein - A 31 year old man sustained moderate injuries, after two vehicles collided with his tractor on Nelson Mandela Drive in Bloemfontein on Friday, said ER24 in a statement.

ER24 paramedics found the two motor vehicles wedged up against the tractor.

The tractor driver was found on the road after members of the public removed him from the tractor.

The patient had sustained injuries to his head and neck and was in a stable condition. He was treated and transported to Pelonomi Hospital for further treatment.

The cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
