Reddersburg - Three people were killed and seven others injured when a vehicle overturned on the N6 near Reddersburg in the Free State on Monday, paramedics said.
The injuries sustained were moderate to critical, Netcare 911 spokeswoman Santi Steinmann said.
They were treated on scene before being transported to nearby hospitals for further medical care, Steinmann said.
Police were investigating.
