Four donkeys killed on Golden Highway

Johannesburg - Four donkeys were killed on the Golden Highway, south of Johannesburg, on Wednesday morning, metro police said.

Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar said the donkeys were hit by four separate cars near Lehae.

No people were injured in the accidents.

He said the highway had been blocked while the carcasses were removed. - Sapa
