SA authorities have requested the help of Interpol to apprehend three men who stole artwork worth R17.5m from the Pretoria Art Museum.

The men posed as an art teacher and two students. The thieves removed six paintings from the wall but had to leave one behind as it would not fit in the getaway vehicle. The museum will remain closed until November 20.
