Johannesburg - A man and a toddler were killed in an accident in Heidelberg, south-east of Johannesburg, Gauteng paramedics said.
Netcare 911 spokeswoman Santi Steinman said two vehicles collided head-on on the N3 around 10pm on Sunday.
“A 27-year-old man and a young girl believed to be aged between one and two-years-old lost their lives and two people were found to be in a critical condition.”
