Johannesburg - A person was killed and three others injured in a head-on collision in Eldorado Park, Johannesburg Emergency Services said on Monday.
“One patient was confirmed dead on scene and the other three who sustained head injuries received advance medical care on scene,” spokesman Robert Mulaudzi said.
The accident happened at the intersection of Silver and Concord roads.
Mulaudzi appealed to motorists to adhere to rules of the road to reduce the carnage on the roads.
“We are on our knees urging all motorists to obey the rules of the road all the time and also keep to the prescribed speed limit when driving in our roads to avoid this accidents,” he said. - Sapa
