Pretoria - Traffic is at a standstill on the N1 and N14 highways heading north in Pretoria on Wednesday morning due to protest action reportedly by truck drivers.

According to unconfirmed reports, the protesting coal truck drivers are driving in convoy to the Union Buildings.

Pictures and videos on Twitter show that traffic severely backed up and hardly moving.
