Frikkie du Preez and Christoff Becker, two of the so-called Waterkloof four, are still being detained separately in jail, Beeld reported on Saturday.
They were re-arrested shortly after being released on parole for allegedly having a party in jail.
Oelef de Meyer, Becker and Du Preez's lawyer, said that he asked the parole board on Monday what the exact charge against his clients was, the paper said.
The board had taken note of his query, but had not responded further.
Department spokesman Manelisi Wolela, reportedly told the paper the charge against Becker and Du Preez could not be discussed with the media, nor could the prison in which they are being held, be revealed.
A friend of Du Preez's who did not want to be named, said Du Preez was being held in a single cell and was being allowed out for an hour a day to get fresh air, Beeld reported. - Sapa
