Johannesburg - The former SABC chief executive Solly Mokoetle who went missing on Friday night from his home in Mount Edgecombe has been found at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Durban.

His wife Zola Ntuli said that she rushed to the hospital after she was informed by police that he was found not far away from his home.

She said she was relieved that Mokoetle has been found alive.

“I still don't know how he got to the hospital and what happened to him. He has a little scar,” Ntuli said.

His nephew Napo Mokoetle said a guy who picked him up on the road, saw the story in the media, and took him to hospital.
