Johannesburg - A toddler, her mother and grandmother have been killed in a head-on collision on the R559 near Carletonville, Gauteng paramedics said.
The cause of the accident, which happened on Friday evening, was unclear, ER24 spokeswoman Luyanda Majija said.
Another man, a teenager and a five-year-old child who were travelling in the same car suffered moderate injuries.
