Johannesburg - Two children were burned to death in Nancefield, Soweto on Saturday, Johannesburg emergency services said.
The two - a boy and a girl - died around 4am when their shack caught fire, spokesman Robert Mulaudzi said.
The cause of the fire was not known but was being investigated.
“We urge parents to make sure that children are supervised all the time when using any heating and lighting appliance at home to avoid (these)devastating fire incidents,” he said. - Sapa
