Pretoria - Two men were rescued from the Jukskei river in Centurion on Monday, Tshwane emergency services said.
Spokesman Johan Pieterse said one person was found sitting in a tree and the other was found underneath the Gautrain bridge.
Details of how the men got swept into the river were unclear, Pieterse said. They were taken to a nearby hospital.
