Johannesburg - A woman died and a man was seriously injured when a car and two trucks collided in Kempton Park, on the East Rand, paramedics said on Thursday.
The woman, the driver of the car, was declared dead on the scene upon paramedics' arrival on Wednesday night, Netcare 911
spokeswoman Santi Steinmann said.
One of the truck drivers was airlifted to a nearby hospital after sustaining critical injuries.
The other driver did not require any medical treatment, she said.
The accident took place on Pomona Road around 7.30pm, details of what caused it were still unclear. - Sapa
