BOY KILLED IN AMANZIMTOTI
A boy was killed on Thursday afternoon when he was hit by a car in Amanzimtoti, south of Durban, paramedics said.
The seven-year-old boy was trying to cross the road when the vehicle knocked him down, Netcare 911 spokesman Chris Botha said.
Paramedics found him lying on the side of the road.
He was declared dead on the scene.
