Durban - Four people were killed and another person was injured on Saturday, when a car and a truck collided on the P415 in Mandeni, KwaZulu-Natal paramedics said.
All four passengers in the car died at the scene, emergency medical services spokesman Robert McKenzie said in a statement.
The truck driver was injured and was treated by paramedics.
Police were investigating.
