Howick - One person was killed in a head-on collision in Mpophomeni near Howick, KwaZulu-Natal, on Friday, paramedics said.
Two people sustained injuries ranging from moderate to serious in the accident involving a car and a light delivery vehicle, Netcare 911 spokeswoman Santi Steinmann said.
They were treated on the scene and taken to a nearby hospital. The cause of the accident would be investigated.
