Durban - A worker was killed in an accident at a KwaZulu-Natal factory on Thursday, said emergency workers.

Netcare 911 spokesman Chris Botha said the Zimbabwean man was working with a pressure-applying device which flattens shapes when the machine malfunctioned, injuring him.

He died before paramedics arrived, said Botha. - Sapa
