Polokwane - Two people died when a minibus taxi and another vehicle collided on the R37 near Polokwane, Limpopo, paramedics said on Sunday.
The two died instantly while sixteen others sustained injuries on Sunday, said Netcare spokeswoman Santi Steinmann.
The cause of the accident was not known.
