A Cape Town man has died of a suspected heart attack while swimming at the St James tidal pool, the city's Disaster Risk Management Centre said on Sunday.
“According to paramedics it is suspected that the man sustained a severe heart attack when he slipped in the tidal pool and knocked his head,” said acting manager Wilfred Solomons-Johannes.
