North West headless body identified

Rustenburg - The headless body of a man which was found next to a railway line near the Danville-Mahikeng bridge early this month has been identified, North West police said on Tuesday.

Colonel Sabata Mokgwabone said community members identified the body last week.

“Last week the body was identified by community members as that of Dithupana Khauza of Majemantsho village near Mahikeng. Subsequent to the identification, the police management in North West Province, would like to appreciate the community for their help,” he said.

He said no arrests had been made and the community was once more urged to assist with information by contacting Detective Constable Kgosiemang Mosiane on 082 411 4579.
