Kimberley - A man and a woman were killed when their car rolled near Kimberley on Monday, North West police said.

Lieutenant Sergio Kock said the accident occurred about 20km from Kimberley on the road from Barkly West just after midnight.

The 27-year-old man lost control of his white Audi, causing it to crash through the fence on the right side of the road and roll into the veld.

“The driver was flung out... and both he and his adult female passenger died on the scene.”
