Interesting, how does a principal and a teacher get paid a bonus if they refuse to sign a performance contract. Does not make sense to mix private industry principles within a industry where you are suppose to serve the kids. But what is the excuse, they have no control because there is no punishment anymore. So we still continue the inequality of the past but now the color of you money determines your kids education and teachers has turned into education prositutes for the highest bidder and screw the children.
